We had a meeting on December 5, 2006 at 8pm in the Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi to vote on proposed changes to the constitution.

In a nutshell, the main revisions were to to simplify the classes of membership, to provide voting by ballot in elections, and to increase transparency re conflicts of interest. A proposal to limit the terms of office to two terms was rejected.
